Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If more than 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at edencraftted@gmail.com and we will explain the return procedure. You only have to bear the shipping costs.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return.
You will receive additional information if necessary by email.

How does the return policy work?

If you placed your order from an EU (European Union) country, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt, along with its refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, liquids, or flammable gases.

Other items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 20 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kasglobe@gmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item in perfect condition as it was when sent.
